A) At the moment, it is not possible to use your Mobile OpenID in more than one mobile phone.

Q) What is an activation code?
|

A) You will receive an activation code when downloading the Mobile OpenID application. You
will need that code when registring your Mobile OpenID account.
|

Q) I have downloaded the application but cannot find my activation code.
|
 |

A) Open the Mobile OpenID application in your mobile phone and your activation code will appear.
|
|
Q) What is a PIN code?
|
 |
|
A) When you open Mobile OpenID application in your mobile phone for the first time, you will be
asked to choos a PIN code. That PIN code will be needed to open the mobile phone application to
secure that no one else can use your Mobile OpenID. The PIN code must be at least 4 digits long
but can be up to 6 digits.

Q) I don't remember my PIN code for the application. What do I do?

A) To receive a new PIN code, please email us: support@mobileopenid.com. To verify your
identity it is important that you use the same email address as you registred with your account.

Q) I have registered an account, but haven't received any confirmation email.
|
 |

Q) What is a verification code?
|
 |
|
A) After registring your Mobile OpenID account, you will receive a confirmation email with a
verification code. You need that code to verify your Mobile OpenID application in your mobile phone.

Q) I need another verification code, how can I get that?
|
 |

Q) Is it necessary to use a mobile phone for usage of Mobile OpenID?
|
 |

A) Your mobile phone will work as your security token for signin at websites with your Mobile OpenID. Without a mobile phone, it is not possible to use your Mobile OpenID.

Q) If anyone get hold of my Mobile OpenID username, can they use it for singing in at websites?
|
 |
|
A) No one can sign in at any website without verifying doing so with a PIN code in your mobile phone.
|
|
Q) I have lost my mobile phone - can anyone who finds it use my Mobile OpenID to sign in at my websites?
|
 |

A) Your Mobile OpenID doesn't work without your PIN code and your Mobile OpenID username.
